You will lead cross-functional projects, collaborate with Clinical, Customer Success, and Product teams, and develop executive reports. The role requires 4–6 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree, with full-time hours and a focus on healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Understanding of healthcare operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish key processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Manage cross-functional projects with a focus on improving operational efficiency, timeline and resource management, and stakeholder communication.
• Develop and deliver regular operational reports and executive‑level summaries that communicate engagement performance, service effectiveness, escalation trends, and key stakeholder insights.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive consistent execution across ED transition management programs.
• Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies in compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
• Assist in workforce planning and financial forecasting efforts by analyzing workforce needs.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
