Responsibilities

• Establish key processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Manage cross-functional projects with a focus on improving operational efficiency, timeline and resource management, and stakeholder communication.
• Propose operational strategies for assigned projects to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve performance.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assist in workforce planning and financial forecasting by analyzing workforce needs.
• Develop and deliver regular operational reports and executive summaries communicating engagement performance and insights.
• Manage escalations from care teams to ensure timely resolution and adherence to service standards.
• Partner with Clinical, Customer Success, and Product to drive consistent execution in ED transition programs.
