Job summary

WellSky in the United States is seeking a Consultant II to lead the implementation of healthcare solutions, guiding deployment, customization, and adoption to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.

This role sits within the Home Health & Hospice Professional Services team, collaborating with clients and internal teams, providing training, and advising on workflow optimizations to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2-4 years relevant work experience.
• Experience in hospice and palliative care industry is preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce including reporting, case management, and workflow tracking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams and client personnel to complete implementation tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Organize requirements gathering sessions and analyze current solution workflows, designs, and mappings.
• Facilitate client meetings to understand objectives and propose workflow modifications to optimize outcomes.
• Advise clients on solution customization and configuration to enhance user experience.
• Provide hands-on training to client members on the solution's functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues and determine when to involve internal technical teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
