Job description

Healthcare Operations Manager

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: 110 Heritage Court, Greeneville, Tennessee, 37743

DaVita is a dynamic, growing, and entrepreneurial company seeking an ambitious, operationally-focused, and results-driven leader. Healthcare experience is NOT required.

For the past 10 years, DaVita has demonstrated improvements in clinical outcomes. As a Healthcare Operations Manager (also known as Facility Administrator or "FA"), you will directly impact patient care as the trusted front-line leader in an outpatient clinic.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Putting patients first by building relationships and improving their health through clinical goal setting and quality initiatives.
  2. Ensuring a meaningful workday every day, making a difference in patients' lives, and developing your team.
  3. Managing clinic operations during business hours.
  4. Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a cross-functional clinical team to deliver excellent patient care.
  5. Managing financial aspects including budgeting, forecasting, vendor relationships, and compliance.
  6. Running your clinic with autonomy, supported by your director and regional peers.
  7. Fostering a positive culture aligned with company values and promoting growth.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Passion for making a difference in people's lives.
  2. Minimum of 2 years leadership experience, with preferred experience supervising direct reports.
  3. Leadership background from diverse industries is welcome.
  4. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  5. Adaptability, innovation, and leadership in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  6. Strong collaboration skills with clinical and financial teams.
  7. Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  8. Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
