Job summary

LAZ Parking Texas, LLC is seeking a Healthcare Operations Manager in Temple, TX to lead day-to-day operations, safety, and service excellence at healthcare locations. You will direct frontline and management teams, ensure contractual requirements are met, and drive client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and develop teams across assigned healthcare location(s).
• Manage, plan, schedule, train, and direct activities of on-site staff and leaders.
• Ensure operational, safety, financial, and service targets are met across locations and service lines.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare clients and stakeholders to support satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and service standards to maximize efficiency while maintaining client expectations.
