Job summary

Akumin is seeking a Lead Administrator at our Fremont facility to oversee daily operations and drive site performance. You will partner with the Site Manager and Chief Technologist to ensure high-quality patient care, staffing, and budgeting across service lines.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in healthcare leadership, strong communication, and an analytical, metrics-driven mindset. Travel within the region is required, with a focus on optimizing operations and revenue cycle processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with metrics-driven approach.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and staffing to meet budgeted growth.
• Partner with Site Manager and Chief Technologist to ensure patient care quality.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, onboarding and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Revenue Cycle and Authorization teams for billing.
• Monitor equipment uptime and service needs.
• Maintain relationships with top referrers to grow volume.
