Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for imaging services across sites.
• Develop and monitor standardized workflows to drive efficiency and quality.
• Lead scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to meet volume demands.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians, nurses, and ancillary departments.
• Drive planning for surge events and staffing contingencies.
• Use performance metrics to manage productivity and costs.
• Support capital planning and equipment replacement strategies.
• Promote regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Lead staff development, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with radiologists and OU leadership; foster cross-disciplinary partnerships.
• Advance patient experience initiatives and service recovery efforts.
