Qualifications

• 2–4 years of administrative operations experience, ideally in healthcare.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with case management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process incoming correspondence, ensuring timely routing and proper documentation
• Answer phones and relay information clearly and professionally
• Maintain accurate, consistent data across all systems
• Compile and maintain assigned claimant lists
• Support the case management team with administrative tasks as needed
• Identify and elevate time-sensitive or high-priority communications to the right people
• Assist with invoicing, including report review, invoice creation, and billing to insurance companies
• Support accounts receivable, including follow-up on outstanding balances
• Handle medical records requests
• Provide administrative support across multiple functions as needed
