As Operations Coordinator, you'll manage the intake, documentation, and communication workflows that keep the case management team running smoothly. You'll work with a high degree of independence and discretion, and your accuracy will directly support the clients this team serves.
Monitor and process incoming correspondence, ensuring timely routing and proper documentation
Answer phones and relay information clearly and professionally
Maintain accurate, consistent data across all systems
Compile and maintain assigned claimant lists
Support the case management team with administrative tasks as needed
Identify and elevate time-sensitive or high-priority communications to the right people
Assist with invoicing, including report review, invoice creation, and billing to insurance companies
Support accounts receivable, including follow-up on outstanding balances
Handle medical records requests
Provide administrative support across multiple functions as needed
2-4 years of administrative operations experience, ideally in healthcare
Strong organizational and analytical skills with close attention to detail
Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with case management systems is a plus
