Responsibilities

• Compiles data and distributes reports; completes charge reconciliation.
• Prepares outgoing communications ensuring clarity, proofreading and proper approval.
• Coordinates schedules, meetings, travel and reimbursements.
• Maintains files and records; supports employee performance evaluations.
• Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Responds to telephone inquiries and routes calls to the correct contact.
• Manages outgoing mail and inventory of supplies.
