Job summary

MMRO, Inc. seeks an Operations Account / Client Manager to own end-to-end client relationships in disability management and healthcare services. You will coordinate onboarding, manage communications, and translate client needs to internal teams to ensure transparent service delivery.

You will monitor client health, handle escalations, and provide clear guidance on workflows and portals, enabling production focus for internal teams and informed leadership updates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client relations or account management in healthcare.
• Experience coordinating across operations, IT, QA, and finance.
• Proven ability to manage escalations and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for a portfolio of disability and health clients.
• Manage client communications, meetings, and recurring check-ins with professionalism.
• Translate client needs into actionable direction for internal teams.
• Monitor client sentiment and proactively identify risks before escalation.
• Own client concerns from intake through full resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses across operations, nursing, QA, physicians, scheduling, accounting, and IT.
• Develop corrective action plans and root cause analyses when service issues arise.
• Provide operational guidance on workflows, portals, and services to clients.
• Conduct portal training for new clients during onboarding and ongoing support.
• Align internal teams for smooth handoffs and clear accountabilities.
