• Run point on Pain Management education days, translating clinical guidance into language patients keep
• Coordinate discharge planning alongside case management, social work, and the patient's family in Bloomington
• Triage incoming patients and prioritize cases by acuity
• Coordinate discharge planning and transitions of care
• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and rounds
• Conduct patient intake, vital signs, and preliminary assessments
• Partner with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
