• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and healthcare management systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Las Vegas and travel to California at least quarterly.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations across Nevada and Southern California, including intake, scheduling, dispatch, and field service coordination.
• Supervise personnel, manage staffing requirements, oversee recruitment and onboarding, and maintain employee performance standards.
• Monitor operational productivity, scheduling efficiency, service turnaround times, and quality assurance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, HIPAA requirements, documentation standards, and established procedures.
• Resolve escalated operational matters and maintain professional relationships with healthcare facilities, personnel, and vendors.
• Oversee office operations, equipment readiness, vehicle maintenance coordination, and facility-related needs.
• Travel to Southern California at least quarterly to oversee operations and coordinate the California team.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on operational improvements, planning, and business development initiatives.

Mantro Mobile Imaging is an established provider of mobile diagnostic imaging and healthcare services throughout Nevada and Southern California.

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Administrator to oversee daily operations, lead administrative and field teams, and ensure organizational efficiency, accountability, and service excellence across both states.

This leadership position requires sound judgment, strong management capabilities, operational versatility, and the ability to work independently while collaborating directly with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations across Nevada and Southern California, including intake, scheduling, dispatch, and field service coordination.
• Supervise personnel, manage staffing requirements, oversee recruitment and onboarding, and maintain employee performance standards.
• Monitor operational productivity, scheduling efficiency, service turnaround times, and quality assurance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, HIPAA requirements, documentation standards, and established procedures.
• Resolve escalated operational matters and maintain professional relationships with healthcare facilities, personnel, and vendors.

• Apply practical problem-solving skills and basic mechanical aptitude to routine, nonclinical operational issues, coordinating professional repairs when appropriate.
• Travel to Southern California at least quarterly, and additionally as needed, to oversee operations, support personnel, evaluate performance, and coordinate the California team.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on operational improvements, organizational planning, and business development initiatives.

Required Qualifications
