Job summary

Indiana University Health seeks an Operational Excellence Expert-System to champion lean initiatives within System Human Resources. You will lead training, facilitate development of high impact process improvements, and drive standardization, spread, and innovation across the organization.

You will identify knowledge gaps, develop and deliver tailored training for team members and leaders, ensuring on-time completion of talent strategy initiatives aligned with our mission and values.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is required; Master's Degree is preferred.
  • 7-10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Human Resources is preferred.
  • 3-5+ years implementing improvement projects is required.
  • 2-3+ years experience with complex matrix organizations is required.
  • Process improvement experience required.
  • Change management experience required.
  • Project management experience required.
  • Requires basic proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead program development for the System Human Resources team to accelerate lean principles in healthcare operations.
  • Provide training, facilitation, and development of high impact process improvement initiatives.
  • Standardize, spread, improve, and innovate organizational processes.
  • Provide comprehensive support to ensure on-time completion of talent strategy initiatives.
  • Identify knowledge and skills gaps and develop tailored training for teams and leaders.
