Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking an Improvement Leader to join the System Operations Support team in Indianapolis. This brand-new role brings dedicated process improvement and analytics capability to oversee outsourced and contracted support services across facilities statewide.

You will partner with leaders, map processes, apply Lean and DMAIC methods, build dashboards, and travel to facilities for on-site engagements.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 3–5 years of process improvement experience.
• Experience leading Lean initiatives.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement across System Operations Support.
• Partner with leaders to ensure on-time completion of projects and expected results.
• Analyze current processes using data and lean management principles.
• Build analytics and dashboard capabilities and support standardization.
• Travel to IU Health facilities for multi-day, on-site mapping engagements.
