You will identify knowledge gaps, develop and deliver tailored training for team members and leaders, ensuring on-time completion of talent strategy initiatives aligned with our mission and values.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is required; Master's Degree is preferred.
  • 7-10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Human Resources is preferred.
  • 3-5+ years implementing improvement projects is required.
  • 2-3+ years experience with complex matrix organizations is required.
  • Process improvement experience required.
  • Change management experience required.
  • Project management experience required.
  • Requires basic proficiency in MS Office.

Summary

Champions program development for the System Human Resources team to accelerate the knowledge and skills application of lean principles, methods and tools in healthcare operations in support of the organization's talent strategy. Leads and provides training, facilitation, and development of strategic high impact process improvement initiatives, utilizing an organizational approach to standardize, spread, improve, and innovate. Provides comprehensive support to ensure on time completion of talent strategy initiatives in alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and strategic imperatives. Takes initiative to identify knowledge and skills gaps, and develops and delivers training to team members and leaders throughout the organization that is tailored to the position.

Candidate Qualifications

Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.

  • Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Requires 7-10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Human Resources is Preferred
  • 3 - 5+ years experience implementing improvement projects is required.
  • 2 - 3+ years experience with complex matrix organizations is required.
  • Process improvement experience required.
