Indiana University Health seeks a Project Manager to support community health initiatives within the North Region. You will manage project portfolios, engage stakeholders, monitor performance, and drive data-informed improvements across Health Impact priorities.

The Project Manager provides strategic project management support for community health initiatives aligned with IU Health Impact priorities and regional health improvement goals across the North Region. Reporting through Operational Excellence with Health Impact as the primary focus, this role manages project portfolios, stakeholder engagement, performance monitoring, and data-informed continuous improvement. The position serves as a key project partner between IU Health, community organizations, public health agencies, and regional stakeholders to advance evidence-based strategies that address social determinants of health and improve overall community outcomes.
