Advocate Health’s seven-week Summer Internship Program offers high school students aged 16+ a structured, hands-on experience across clinical, administrative and support departments. Interns participate in educational activities, observe operations and work on projects under hospital supervision.

The program aims to build foundational workplace skills while providing professional development and networking events, with on-site duties and a Monday–Friday schedule during the summer.

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled in high school and aged 16+ years before start of internship.
• Demonstrated interest in exploring health care careers.
• Computer skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Rotate through or support multiple hospital departments to gain exposure to clinical, administrative, operational and support functions.
• Participate in structured, hands-on learning experiences under supervision.
• Engage in educational activities, observational experiences and assigned projects to build workplace skills.
