Responsibilities include contract, HR, and file management; billing and vendor relations; clerical staff supervision; and process improvements to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3+ years in healthcare or office administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Oversee contracts, HR files, and vendor documentation.
• Review, reconcile, and submit invoices and maintain timely payments.
• Perform and supervise billing audits and process improvements.
• Supervise clerical staff and manage non-clinical office workflows.
