Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Previous supervisory experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• Two years’ experience in performing in an EMR/PM platform.
• Knowledge of organization policies, procedures, systems and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all daily operations at facility, including staff organization and task delegation.
• Directs implementation of policies, protocols and IT systems.
• Supervises staff and physicians matters, including hiring, training and evaluations.
• Maintains clinic facility, equipment, and supplies; coordinates repairs and maintenance.
