Job summary

Gravie is seeking a Network Operations Analyst in the United States to oversee day-to-day provider network activities, document processes, and drive improvements across workflows and reporting. You will monitor SLAs, build scorecards, and partner with multiple teams to close data-flow gaps while reducing manual work through repeatable processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years in network operations, health plan operations, or provider network management.
  • 2+ years building or improving operational processes in a healthcare or health plan setting.
  • 2+ years of ongoing performance management of a provider network or similar operational function.
  • 2+ years of experience working with provider, claims, or network data to build reporting or track performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Gravie's provider networks and track open issues, renewals, and attention items.
  • Document network operations processes and keep workflows current as they evolve.
  • Administer the network inquiry intake system, apply triage rules, monitor SLAs, and report trends.
  • Build and maintain network scorecards to show performance at a glance.
  • Investigate deviations in provider reporting and root-cause issues with recommended fixes.
  • Turn network data into practical insights for Network leadership decisions.
  • Collaborate with Contracting, Customer Service, Claims, and Networks to close data-flow gaps.
  • Identify manual work and create repeatable processes, checklists, or lightweight tools.
  • Serve as an operational partner to Provider Network leadership, flag risks and propose fixes.
