Job summary

Gravie is seeking a Provider Network Operations Analyst to manage Gravie’s provider networks, document processes, and turn data into actionable insights. You’ll own day-to-day operational cadence, monitor SLAs, and build scorecards while coordinating with Contracting, Customer Service, and Claims teams to improve data flow across systems.

The role emphasizes building repeatable processes, identifying gaps, and delivering practical solutions in a fast-growing health plan environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years in network/health plan operations.
• 2+ years building or improving operational processes in healthcare.
• 2+ years managing ongoing performance of a provider network or similar function.
• 2+ years working with provider, claims, or network data to build reporting or track performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Gravie's provider networks, tracking open issues, renewals, and attention items.
• Document network operations processes and keep workflows current as they evolve.
• Administer the provider network inquiry intake system: apply triage rules, monitor SLAs, and report on volume and trends.
• Build and maintain network scorecards to show performance at a glance.
• Investigate deviations in provider reporting, find root causes, and suggest fixes to leadership.
• Turn network data into actionable insights for Network leadership decisions.
• Coordinate with Contracting, Customer Service, Claims and Networks to close data flow gaps.
• Identify manual work to replace with repeatable processes or tools.
• Partner with Network leadership to flag risks and propose fixes before issues grow.
