Job summary

Great Lakes Integrated Network IPA in Buffalo, New York is seeking a full-time Business Operations Analyst to oversee provider network data, ensure accuracy, and deliver reports for internal and external partners. The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with SQL, and the ability to collaborate with payer, provider, and finance teams to support data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business administration or IT systems required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in health care provider or health insurer operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, validate, and maintain GLIN’s provider network data with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and deliver monthly provider roster reports for payers and ad-hoc analyses using SQL.
• Collaborate with payer, provider, and finance teams to support data-driven decision making.
