Job summary

Beebe Healthcare is seeking an experienced network infrastructure specialist to provide design, implementation, and ongoing support across hospital departments and affiliated practices. Focus areas include Active Directory, Exchange, virtualization, and enterprise systems.

The role requires coordinating with the Network Infrastructure Lead, managing access controls, backups, and security measures, and delivering reliable uptime for staff and patients in a coastal Delaware community.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in network infrastructure, or degree substitute.
• Experience with virtualization of servers and desktops, SANs.
• Associates degree preferred; higher degree an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide network and telecommunications support across departments and physician practices.
• Install and configure network hardware, test and burn-in components.
• Maintain documentation, user accounts, and interface controls; provide on-call support.
