Job summary

Capital Health is seeking an IT Network Engineer Lead to support enterprise network solution design and implementation at Hopewell Hospital in Pennington, NJ. The role focuses on design, deployment, testing and documentation with strong vendor collaboration.

The candidate should have seven years' experience with enterprise networks, CCNA/CCNP is a plus, and excellent leadership and communication skills. On-site work with hybrid option after 90-day probation is offered.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience working with enterprise network technologies.
• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Cisco CCNA/CCNP certifications are a plus; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports enterprise network design and implementation.
• Configures and troubleshoots enterprise routing, switching, wireless, VPNs and firewall systems.
• Monitors network performance and reliability across multiple sites.
• Lead site setups, moves, upgrades and hardware replacements.
• Develops and maintains network diagrams and documentation.
