Job summary

Revolution Technologies seeks a Network Manager to guide HIS network engineering, overseeing LAN/WAN/VOIP, security, and service availability across hospital users. You will gather data to identify needs, design network requirements, and ensure scalable, secure solutions while mentoring IT staff.

Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor coordination, and collaboration with the Network Information Officer to align IT with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; five+ years of network experience preferred.
• Seven (7) years in network (LAN/WAN/VOIP) experience.
• Five (5) years IT management experience in health or hospital environment.
• Three (3) years supervising/unifying communications staff.
• Experience with VOIP and UC to enable network services enterprise-wide.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance, oversight, and best practices to HIS Network Services team.
• Supervises IT staff and aligns IT roles with organizational needs.
• Leads planning and design of solutions; documents network requirements.
• Establishes Nonfunctional Requirements: reliability, security, recoverability, scalability.
• Manages budgets, capital and operating expenses; coordinates with stakeholders.
