Job summary

Baptist Health Resource Center is seeking a Manager, Network Engineering to lead a team responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the hospital network infrastructure. You will ensure performance, security, and reliability of LAN, WAN, VPN and wireless networks to support operations.

You will develop strategic plans for growth, oversee new technologies, and enforce best practices while collaborating with IT leaders to align network solutions with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years in network engineering or related role with leadership experience.
• One or more current certifications preferred (CCNP/CCIE/ITIL/ PMP).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of network engineers and architects in design, implementation, and management of Baptist Health’s network.
• Ensure performance, security, and reliability of LAN, WAN, VPN and wireless networks.
• Develop strategic network plans and oversee adoption of new technologies.
• Collaborate with IT leaders to align network solutions with organizational goals and guide troubleshooting.
