Alight Solutions seeks a Director of Health Navigation Solutions Technology & Engineering to lead the strategy, delivery, modernization, and reliability of Health Navigation platforms.

You will partner with Product, Delivery, Data and AI teams to balance near-term delivery with long-term modernization, simplification, and innovation. This role requires 10+ years of technology leadership and healthcare domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technology and engineering leadership experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience leading software engineering, solution architecture, modernization, and production reliability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engineering execution for Health Navigation, including architecture, application engineering, integrations, and platform support.
• Translate product and business strategy into a sequenced, measurable technology roadmap.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, secure, and supportable.
• Drive modernization, simplification, standardization, and reuse through shared services and APIs.
