Job summary

CMI Media Group is seeking an Engagement Planner to drive data-driven, multichannel media campaigns from strategy to execution. You will negotiate placements, leverage proprietary tools, and ensure on-time delivery within budget while mentoring junior planners.

You’ll work in a fast-paced agency environment, collaborating with internal teams, clients, and vendors to deliver measurable health-care marketing outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of media planner/buyer experience.
• Multichannel media expertise across digital and traditional channels.
• Strong ability to manage budgets and reporting.
• Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute multichannel media plans across Display, Email, Print, POC, and conferences.
• Negotiate placements with suppliers and publishers to maximize ROI.
• Leverage proprietary planning tools to measure performance and optimize strategies.
• Manage day-to-day campaigns with on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Mentor Associate Engagement Planners and foster growth.
