Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Customer Service Representative in the Fulton/Hyattsville area to assist health plan members with coverage, enrollment, and billing. You will answer inbound calls, resolve Medicare inquiries, and document interactions with strict confidentiality. On-site training during a 90-day onboarding period is required.

Salary is $19.56–$19.57 per hour. Work hours are 7:00 AM–9:30 PM EST, with first shift and weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (call center or healthcare experience preferred).
• High-speed hardwired internet (20 Mbps upload/download required).
• Excellent verbal communication, typing, and multi-tasking skills.
• Must be available to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings until 9:30 PM MT.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from plan members with accuracy and empathy.
• Assist members with benefit details, enrollment changes, Medicare inquiries, and premium billing.
• Use multiple computer systems to research information and resolve inquiries on the first call.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in compliance with privacy guidelines.
