Independent Living Systems, based in Los Angeles, seeks a Manager, Member & Provider Services to lead the Center's daily operations serving members and providers. You will mentor staff, optimize processes, and ensure timely, accurate support with empathy to improve satisfaction and retention.

You will collaborate with health plans, providers, and internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and efficient service delivery.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years in member or provider services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with Medi-Cal eligibility and benefits.
• Experience using metrics, reports, and quality audits to drive improvements.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to handle PHI per HIPAA regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the contact center for members and providers.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the staff to achieve high performance and First Call Resolution.
• Collaborate with health plan clients, providers, and internal teams to ensure service delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor KPIs, adherence to SLAs, and quality assurance programs.
• Participate in audits, client reporting, and quality improvement activities.
