Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong communication, empathy and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.
• Comfortable working with data, systems and performance metrics; CRM or sales-engagement experience preferred.
• Interest in healthcare, medical devices, or sales as a career path.

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline and customer engagement by generating qualified leads for MPI.
• Engage prospective customers by providing product information and identifying needs; map account structures.
• Collaborate with Territory Executives to support regional and national sales strategies; align outreach with broader goals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and analyze dashboards to improve effectiveness.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights to inform product and process improvements.
