Job summary

Altimate Medical Holdings, Inc. (AMI) and Medical Positioning, Inc. (MPI) seek a Business Development Representative to warm-call, nurture leads, and set qualified appointments for Territory Executives.

You will help expand MPI’s customer base, supporting hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers nationwide with strategic outreach and CRM-driven processes. You will gain hands-on training and growth within a company emphasizing internal promotion, with base pay and potential commissions or bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.
• Comfortable working with data, systems, and performance metrics; CRM experience preferred.
• Interest in healthcare, medical devices, or sales as a career path.
• Prior sales, customer service, or quota-carrying experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through warm calling and set qualified appointments for Territory Executives.
• Engage prospective customers by providing product information and identifying needs.
• Identify key decision-makers and map account structures.
• Collaborate with Territory Executives to support regional and national sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track engagement activity.
• Analyze dashboards and share insights to inform the sales process.
