Job summary

Swope Health is seeking a detail-oriented Materials Handler to oversee mail distribution, shipping, receiving, inventory, and distribution of materials. The role includes processing mail/packages, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery within the organization.

Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma (or equivalent), 1–2 years in supply chain in healthcare preferred, and proficiency with Word/Excel and data entry. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in supply chain management; healthcare preferred.
• Computer skills including Internet, Windows, Word and Excel.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide services and monitor mailing and shipping processes for all members.
• Lead and monitor receiving of materials, goods, and services into the department area; coordinate with vendors.
• Oversee inventory management activities: stocking, filling orders, replenishment, and data entry.
• Deliver goods, services and materials to assigned areas timely on a daily basis.
• Provide high-quality customer service to customers, vendors and enterprise companies.
