Job summary

MaineGeneral Health is seeking a Materials Handler to join our fast‑paced Supply Chain team. You will verify orders, deliver items, report delivery issues, and maintain clear documentation to ensure accurate, timely and safe distribution of supplies across the system.

You will work with internal and external customers, monitor inventory levels, and support a collaborative, high‑reliability operation in a healthcare setting. High School/GED and Materials Handling experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Material Handling/Warehouse work.
• Able to work collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Verifies order and review against items to be delivered to ensure accuracy of delivery.
• Deliver requested items or report issues preventing delivery to appropriate persons
• Communicate with internal and external customers regarding inventory levels, availability of supplies, and product identification.
• Manage documentation for distributed inventory
• Maintain work, storage areas, and equipment in an organized, clean, and safe condition.
