Job summary

The Procurement Handler is responsible for receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and packages within the organization, ensuring efficient and timely delivery to the correct recipients.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
One to two years of experience in supply chain management (healthcare preferred).
Experience with mail handling and distribution is a plus.
Computer skills including Word and Excel; good data entry and typing speed.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Provide services and monitor mailing and shipping process for all member company.
Lead and monitor the receiving of all materials, goods and services into department area including coordination with all vendors.
Lead and monitor inventory management activities including stocking, filling orders, replenishment of stock and data entry.
Deliver goods, services and materials to assigned areas in a timely manner on a daily basis.
Provide high quality customer service to all customers, vendors and enterprise companies.
