Job summary

You will manage stock levels, coordinate with departments, and ensure accurate billing and compliance with contracts and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years in accounts payable or materials management, healthcare exposure preferred, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years of AP or materials management experience.

Responsibilities

• Daily receiving, stocking, and labeling of facility supplies and ensuring accurate charging.
• Restocking nursing station supplies.
• Rotate expired products and document changes.
• Process and code invoices.
• Oversee Accounts Payable and materials staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local regulations (JCAHO, OSHA, UCC).
