Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or allied field required; master's preferred.
• 7–10 years of healthcare management experience; proven leadership required.
• Knowledge of purchasing, inventory control, receiving and supply chain operations; Lawson experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Materials Management Department and oversee Purchasing, Courier Service, General Stores, and Receiving.
• Develop departmental goals, standards, and budget; monitor activities and implement improvements.
• Maintain inventory control systems and cost containment measures; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with other hospital departments and report to Administration on operations.
• Supervise staff, evaluate performance, and promote positive employee relations.
