Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking a Materials Management Clerk to coordinate supply needs and maintain adequate inventory. You will support Receiving, Distribution, Central Service, Linen, Par Stock, Copy Center and Mailroom functions with friendly, patient-focused service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years in a related environment; CPR is preferred. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years' experience in related environment recommended.
• Experience in healthcare materials management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inventories and maintains adequate supply levels; manages inventory control and ordering.
• Interacts with internal/external customers about availability and product identification; provides recommendations.
• Orders, receives supplies, stocks/delivers to assigned locations; verifies packing slips and documents.
