Job summary

Midwest Orthopedia & Musculoskeletal Alliance is seeking a Marketing Manager to organize, coordinate, and execute marketing projects on time and within budget. The role emphasizes strong project management, clear communication, and collaboration across internal teams and external agencies to advance the practice's growth and patient engagement.

You will manage internal campaigns, sponsor events, digital content, and collateral while ensuring regulatory and privacy considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in marketing, marketing project management, communications, or a related role preferred.
• Experience coordinating projects with an external marketing agency, creative agency, or other third-party marketing partner is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with leadership, internal teams, and external partners.
• Experience coordinating creative development, reviewing marketing materials, managing feedback, and facilitating approval processes.
• Proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft Office, and other relevant business and marketing applications.
• Experience in healthcare marketing or a regulated industry is a plus.
• Ability to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage internal marketing projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate sponsorships, promotions, events, and initiatives to support practice growth and patient engagement.
• Develop project timelines, establish priorities, track milestones, and ensure on-schedule deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal departments and leadership to identify marketing needs and project requirements.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders to align on objectives and deadlines.
• Manage development and implementation of internal marketing materials and campaigns.
• Monitor progress and proactively develop solutions for delays or challenges.
• Maintain organized project documentation, timelines, and status reports.
• Serve as liaison with external marketing agency for project management and communication.
• Coordinate feedback, approvals, and revisions with the agency to ensure timely outcomes.
• Monitor agency deliverables and communicate priority changes or issues.
