• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Three to five years of experience in marketing, marketing project management, or a related role.
• Experience coordinating projects with an external marketing agency or third-party partner.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare marketing or regulated industries is a plus.
• Ability to travel within the region.

• Coordinate and manage internal marketing projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate sponsorships, promotions, events, and growth initiatives.
• Develop timelines, set priorities, track milestones and ensure on-time deliverables.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to identify marketing needs.
• Facilitate communication to ensure alignment on objectives, responsibilities, and deadlines.
• Oversee internal marketing materials, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Monitor progress and develop solutions for delays or challenges.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports.
