• Maintain CRM records in HubSpot; segment contacts and support email nurture campaigns.
• Distribute press releases, case studies, and marketing materials; proofread for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Identify conferences, associations, sponsorships, and partnerships; coordinate outreach.
• Prepare weekly marketing reports for COO/CEO/board; track competitors and opportunities.
• Create simple graphics/presentations using Canva or Figma to support campaigns.
• Coordinate meetings, track deadlines, and follow up with stakeholders; manage priorities.
• Schedule interviews and track contractor deliverables and invoices; organize brand assets.
