Healthcare Marketing Coordinator & Executive Support
DrHouse is a growing U.S. telehealth company seeking a highly organized, resourceful Marketing Coordinator to work directly with our Chief Marketing & Growth Officer.
We’re looking for a strong writer, an excellent researcher, and a proactive problem-solver. You’ll help execute marketing initiatives, support B2B growth, and keep projects on track without constant follow-up.
What You'll Do
- B2B prospecting: Research health plans, employers, brokers, and healthcare organizations. Build accurate prospect lists based on our ideal customer profiles (ICPs), identify decision‑makers, and support outreach.
- HubSpot & campaigns: Maintain CRM records, organize contacts, create prospect lists, and help develop and execute email nurture campaigns.
- Content & PR: Distribute press releases, case studies, and marketing materials. Draft outreach emails, customer communications, and thank‑you notes. Proofread materials for accuracy and brand consistency before they go out.
- Industry research & events: Identify relevant healthcare conferences, associations, speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and partnership prospects. Coordinate outreach and follow‑up.
- Reporting: Research competitors and market opportunities, maintain trackers, and prepare weekly marketing reports, including updates for the COO, CEO, and board as requested.
- Creative support: Use Canva or Figma for simple graphics, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Executive support: Manage marketing priorities, coordinate meetings, capture action items, track deadlines, and follow up with stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.
- Team & vendor coordination: Schedule candidate interviews and work tests, track contractor deliverables and invoices, and keep shared files and brand assets organized.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written English, research, and communication skills.
- Hands‑on HubSpot experience required.
- Experience with B2B prospecting, lead research, and email marketing.
- Working knowledge of Canva or Figma, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve research and productivity, with strong fact‑checking and quality control.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and follow through.
- Trustworthy with confidential business information.
- Healthcare marketing experience is required.
