Qualifications

Responsibilities

• B2B prospecting: research health plans, employers, brokers, and healthcare organizations and build prospect lists based on ICPs.
• Maintain CRM records in HubSpot, organize contacts, create prospect lists, and help campaigns.
• Distribute press releases, case studies, and marketing materials; draft outreach emails and customer communications.
• Identify healthcare conferences, associations, speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and partnerships; coordinate outreach.
• Research competitors and market opportunities; maintain trackers and weekly marketing reports for COO/CEO/board.
• Create simple graphics and presentations using Canva or Figma.
• Coordinate marketing priorities, meetings, action items, deadlines, and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Schedule candidate interviews and manage contractor deliverables and invoices.
