Qualifications

• Excellent written English and research skills.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience required.
• Experience with B2B prospecting, lead research, and email marketing.
• Working knowledge of Canva or Figma, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve research and productivity, with strong fact-checking.
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and follow through.

Responsibilities

• B2B prospecting: build ICP-based prospect lists and identify decision-makers.
• HubSpot & campaigns: maintain CRM, create lists, and support email nurturing campaigns.
• Content & PR: distribute press releases and marketing materials; draft outreach emails and proofs.
• Industry research & events: identify conferences, sponsorships, and partnership prospects.
• Reporting: prepare weekly marketing reports for COO, CEO, and board.
• Creative support: use Canva or Figma for graphics and presentations.
• Executive support: manage marketing priorities, coordinate meetings, track deadlines.
• Team & vendor coordination: schedule interviews, track deliverables, and organize assets.
