Job summary

Willow Ridge Rehabilitation seeks a Healthcare Marketing Director to lead business development, community outreach, referral development, and census growth initiatives. This leadership role focuses on expanding referrals and partnerships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and senior care providers.

The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or healthcare sales, with strong networking and strategic planning skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in Healthcare Marketing, Business Development, Healthcare Sales, Admissions, Hospital Liaison, Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation, or Senior Living preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop referral relationships and support admissions and census growth.
• Strong understanding of healthcare referral networks, hospital discharge planning, and post-acute care services.
• Excellent communication, networking, relationship-building, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing and business development initiatives to increase referrals, admissions, and facility occupancy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, social workers, assisted living communities, and other healthcare referral sources.
• Drive census growth through proactive outreach, relationship development, and strategic referral partnerships.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the facility's presence within the local healthcare community.
• Coordinate facility tours, networking events, professional meetings, and community outreach activities.
• Collaborate with Admissions Director, Administrator, and interdisciplinary leadership team to support admissions and occupancy goals.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing referral partners while developing new sources of referrals.
• Manage and support the facility's social media presence, website content, online reputation, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze referral trends, occupancy reports, and marketing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
