Job summary

Intelliguard is seeking a Market Development Associate to join our growing commercial team in Columbus, OH. This hands-on role develops early-career professionals in hospital pharmacy and healthcare technology, collaborating across Implementation, Customer Success, Product, Support, and Sales.

You will engage customers onsite during implementations and go-lives to learn workflows and create value. The ideal candidate understands hospital pharmacy, is curious, and energized by innovation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in healthcare, hospital operations, pharmacy, healthcare technology, or a related field.
• Hospital or health system pharmacy experience strongly preferred; inpatient pharmacy technician experience is especially valuable.
• Curious, coachable, and eager to understand technology and customer workflows.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and building credibility with pharmacists, technicians, clinicians, and administrators.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Learn the Mira Ecosystem and support customer implementations from prep through go-live.
• Work onsite with hospital teams to understand workflows and challenges.
• Support market development through targeted outreach, stakeholder engagement, and outreach campaigns.
• Qualify opportunities and schedule discovery meetings for the Sales team.
• Maintain accurate prospect information in HubSpot and share insights with Sales and Product.
