This role ensures a safe, clean environment for residents, staff and visitors by addressing maintenance requests and supporting the environmental services team.

Qualifications

• Healthcare facility or industrial maintenance experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; trade training preferred.
• Associate degree or trade certificates or equivalent work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance tasks and repairs in interior and exterior areas.
• Lead facility tours and coordinate with inspectors.
• Perform snow and ice removal as directed.
• Repair doors/windows, lighting, furniture, and pumps; maintain systems.
• Maintain accurate inventories and documentation.
• Follow safety principles and support environmental services team.
