Job summary

Regency, A Villa Center is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support daily maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the facility’s interior and exterior areas. The role ensures a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors while addressing maintenance requests and supporting environmental services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate’s degree, trade program certificate, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in healthcare facility maintenance or industrial settings required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance, repair, and upkeep of interior and exterior areas.
• Lead safety and inspection activities and respond to maintenance requests.
• Perform snow/ice removal, minor repairs, and equipment upkeep.
• Maintain lighting, doors, windows, fittings, pumps, and fire alarm systems.
• Follow safety practices and maintain accurate documentation.
