Candidates should be proficient in deal drafting, due diligence coordination, and providing practical, client‑facing guidance, with eligibility for Texas State Bar

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.
• Experience drafting acquisition agreements and related documents.
• Texas State Bar eligibility is required.

Responsibilities
